Refund policy

We're confident in our products, and we trust you'll enjoy them as much as we do. Should you find any issues with your order, our return and refund process is designed to be smooth and straightforward.

We adhere to the Australian Consumer Law. If our product doesn't meet your expectations and you wish for a refund for your purchase made via our website, drop us an email at beyondbestbefore@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item. When reaching out, please include your order number (available in your confirmation email) and detail the concern so we can enhance our service.

We generally accept returns for products that are majorly unused/unconsumed. This means if over 25% of the items in your order have been used/consumed , we cannot process a return or refund, unless the law dictates otherwise. If you find that the remaining items are defective, we will assess your claim and are happy to offer a credit or refund. (Note given the nature of our business, we will not refund for products that are passed Best Before Date)

We will provide a return shipping label. Just print the label, fix it securely after removing the original delivery details on the package, and send item(s) back.  Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer

Note refunds cannot be provided once the order has been fulfilled.
